You got that right, everything that we serve is 100% Gluten Free. The equipment we use, and the ingredients to make our creations have never seen gluten or been cross contaminated.  You  won't take our word unless we give you some info on the ingredients we use... Am I right?! 

The Details....

As you may know the reason I started this gluten free venture was to make others feel comfortable eating out and not having to stress when wanting to eat somewhere new.  Our team takes this stuff seriously,  and we try to educate our staff on frequent questions that may be asked regarding our menu items and certain food allergies or preferences. 

If you are ever unsure about a product or have a question, please just ask! 

Our menu consists of some pretty basic food group - Vegetables, meats, and cheeses. We use fresh cut vegetables on top of our fries, with local meats and raw cheeses. We believe in freshness & presentation.

Our Fries - 

Depending on the week, They are either Hand cut Russet Idaho Potatoes, with 0 coating. 

Or,  we use Simplot frozen Fries that are gluten free:

Containing Potatoes, Modified food starch, soybean and canola oil, cotton seed oils, less than 2% corn starch, dextrin, dextrose, leavening agent, rice flour, sugar, zantham gum, disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate to maintain natural color. 

Soy Bean Fryer Oil -

Soybean oil, tbhq & citric acid added to protect flavor, dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent added.

Ellsworth Cheese Curds -

Pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, Natamycin (natural preservative), granulated garlic.

Knorr Gravy -

Modified corn starch, pea flour, yeast extract, modified palm oil, salt, onion & garlic powder, sugar, spice, maltodextrin, natural flavour, colour, carrot & celery powder, soy lecithin, citric acid, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate.
