This particular dream included a food truck
and it had to serve a completely gluten free menu. no ifs, ands, or buts.
i ran with "the mobile poutinerie" idea
and transformed it into
& gourmet french fry truck
Fork N Fry is based out of Lake county, IL.

FROM BREAKFAST TO DESSERT, THERE IS SOMETHING FOR MOST EVERYONE TO ENJOY -- EVEN THOSE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES & SPECIAL REQUESTS.
over the past 10 years, i've immersed myself in restaurant & hospitality experience. Both in and out of the kitchen. I've worked alongside so much talent and skilled individuals. from critically skilled chefs, to food artists, and foodies. I have taken their knowledge and passion to find alternatives to make the same dish but without the gluten!
i've been a celiac and eating gluten free for 8 years.
FORK N FRY LLC WAS FORMED ON FEB 2019.
